We’ve introduced a new enhancement in the Order Update Flow that allows users from CC Login & Org Login to dismiss individual tests based on access permissions. 


? What’s New?

Users with the Sample Dismiss Flag Access can now dismiss specific tests directly from the bill update screen. This gives you more control and flexibility when managing orders that require partial test cancellation or correction.

✅ Who Can Use This?

  • Users logged in via CC (Collection Center)

  • Users logged in via Org (Organization)

  • Must have Sample Dismiss Flag Access enabled

?️ How to Use It

  1. Go to: Bill Update (Using accession, Dashboard, Archives)

  2. Open the Order

  3. Navigate to: Test List

  4. Click on: Dismiss Test option (visible only if you have access)

  5. Confirm Dismissal – The selected test will be marked as dismissed 


? Notes

  • Dismissed tests will not be billed or processed further.

  • This action is irreversible once confirmed.

  • Make sure access is granted only to relevant users to avoid misuse.
