Overview

We’ve enhanced the Main Org & Sub Org framework to support shared billing, registration, and accession workflows. These updates are designed to serve large B2B clients operating multiple centers under a centralized management model.

? Note: These changes are only applicable to Main Orgs and their linked Sub Orgs.

? Current Limitations

Previously, Main Orgs could:

  • View reports for Sub Orgs

  • Pay dues on their behalf

However, they couldn’t manage billing or accession operations, which limited real-world use cases for multi-center B2B clients.

?️ What’s New?

We’ve now added support for:

  • Shared Billing & Registration Controls

  • Shared Accession Access

  • Centralized Operational Oversight for main orgs

? Registration & Billing Updates

Main Org Toggle Access

  • During Billing, Main Orgs can now toggle between billing for themselves or any of their linked Sub Orgs.

⚙️ Important Configs & Defaults

  • Provider List:

    • If "Filter Ref by Org" is enabled → load references based on the selected Sub Org

  • Default Org:

    • Main Org is default (based on login)

  • Price List:

  • User Logs:
