Overview
We’ve enhanced the Main Org & Sub Org framework to support shared billing, registration, and accession workflows. These updates are designed to serve large B2B clients operating multiple centers under a centralized management model.
? Note: These changes are only applicable to Main Orgs and their linked Sub Orgs.
? Current Limitations
Previously, Main Orgs could:
View reports for Sub Orgs
Pay dues on their behalf
However, they couldn’t manage billing or accession operations, which limited real-world use cases for multi-center B2B clients.
?️ What’s New?
We’ve now added support for:
Shared Billing & Registration Controls
Shared Accession Access
Centralized Operational Oversight for main orgs
? Registration & Billing Updates
✅ Main Org Toggle Access
During Billing, Main Orgs can now toggle between billing for themselves or any of their linked Sub Orgs.
