The Bulk Validation Flow helps high-volume labs validate test results quickly by grouping them by test or device

? How It Works

  • Go to Operations-> Parametre wise review

    • You will see devices and for which results are ready for validation

    • When you click on device you will see the list of parametres for device

  • For each parameter:

    • Results directly from the device are shown

    • Results can be reviewed, or held

    • Once all parametres are reviewed then the test will be marked as completed, signed or dispatched based on setting

    • If a rerun is triggered:

      • It disappears from active list

      • Reappears with status “Rerun result” once new result is interfaced

? Setup Instructions

  1. Ensure device interfacing is active

    • Only tests from interfaced devices will appear in this view.

    • Check the integration is correctly mapped and active.

  2. Assign validation access

    • The user must have the appropriate role/permission to access the Operations → Bulk Validation screen.

  3. Auto-actions configuration

    • For each test type, configure whether:

      • Reports are automatically signed

      • Reports are marked as completed post-validation

      • Reports are auto-dispatched after signing

  4. Enable rerun/reflex logic (if applicable)

    • If rerun or reflex criteria are configured for a test, the system will:

      • Auto-trigger rerun if a result falls outside expected range

      • Auto-trigger reflex if a specific trigger parameter meets conditions

? Notes & Best Practices

  • Tests will only show if the parameter has been interfaced from the device

  • If all parameter are not interfaced, i.e some parametres are calculated then that needs to be approved from waiting list only to complete the flow

  • Suggested is to put calculation in the interfacing parser to send the calculated value via interfacing so can be reviewed from this flow

  • This view is designed for batch-based workflows, especially useful when a technician oversees a specific analyzer or department
