With the Collection Reports feature, registration staff can now access their own billing and collection reports, helping them track daily collections, reconcile payments, and maintain transparency.

Who Can Use This Feature?

  • Users with "Collection Reports" Access can view their own billing and collection data.
  • Users with "All User Collection Report" Access can view reports for all users. This is ideal for branch managers or supervisors overseeing multiple registration desks.

How to Enable Collection Reports Access

  1. To allow a user to view their own financial reports – Enable the "Collection Reports" permission from Registration > User management.
  2. To allow a user to view all users' financial reports – Enable the "All User Collection Report" permission from Registration > User management..
