Adding Sample Accession Functionalities in Operations Waiting List Print

Overview

Previously, users must navigate to the Accession module to collect or receive a sample if it has not been collected. This adds unnecessary steps and delays. To improve efficiency, we are adding Sample Collect and Sample Receive options directly in the Operations Waiting List.

Feature Implementation

1. Add "Collect" and "Receive" Sample Actions

Users with sample collection and sample receive permissions will see the respective actions in the Operations Waiting List.
Collecting or receiving a sample from the waiting list will function the same as in the Accession module.

2. Displaying Sample Information

An "Update Sample Info" option will be available in the waiting list to view and update sample details.
Sample-related actions will be accessible only to users with the appropriate permissions.

3. Access control

Users with collection or receiving permissions (same as accession) can only collect and recieve samples from operations
