Overview
We’ve extended the Custom Template functionality to the Summary View in Financial Reports. Previously, this was only available in the Details View. With this update, users can now customize, group, and save their own summary report formats, improving flexibility and efficiency in financial reporting.
What’s New?
✅ Customize Summary Reports:
Users can group rows and columns in the Summary View based on their reporting needs – e.g., by Test, Department, Payment Mode, Referral, or Date.
✅ Save as Templates:
Users can save these groupings in two ways:
Default Template – auto-applies when the summary view is opened.
Custom Templates – available in a dropdown for on-demand use.
How to Use
Go to Financial Reports > Summary View
Select the columns and row groups you'd like to view.
Click on the "Save" button (new option visible in the summary view).
Click "Save" Or give a name and save it as a Custom Template.
