Purpose:
The Operations Dashboard now includes a powerful Historical View that provides a detailed, multi-dimensional summary of reports over time. This helps labs and admins analyze trends across various parameters such as department, tests, referrals, and more.
What's New?
A “Historical View” button has been added to the Overall Summary section of the Operations Dashboard.
Where to Find It
Go to the Operations Dashboard
In the Overall Summary chart section (at the top), look for the new button:
Historical ViewClick the button to open the Historical View tab
(It reuses the existing drilldown tab structure for familiarity)
Date Filter
You can select a custom date range up to 3 months.
Based on the selected range, data is grouped automatically for clarity:
| Date Range | Grouping |
|---|---|
| Less than 8 days | Group by Day |
| 8–30 days | Group by Week (7-day blocks) |
| More than 30 days | Group by Month |
Insights You Can Gain
Identify top-performing departments or tests
Spot growth or decline trends by referral or organization
Analyze branch performance over time
Benchmark report processing activity across centers (if applicable)
